At the core of our technology lies Induction, or the induction heating method. We have managed to address the gaps in the analog, standard application of this technology, which leads to high electricity consumption. By integrating our IT solutions, we can control the electrical wave without losses, achieving maximum efficiency. Our solution is a combination of hardware and software, designed to deliver the highest possible efficiency. As developers, we focus on energy-saving technology for heating systems and devices.
What motivated you to focus on heating technology as opposed to other areas of energy consumption?
Heat generation technologies are among the most energy-intensive today. In comparison, cooling generation technologies, like those used in refrigerators and freezers, have long been energy-efficient. Over four years ago, we began searching for energy-efficient solutions for heat generation and started developing technology specifically in this direction due to the significant energy consumption associated with heating.
How does your licensing model work for manufacturers wanting to integrate your technology into their products?
We respect the hard work of manufacturers who have built their reputations and established businesses according to high global quality standards. Therefore, we choose to collaborate rather than compete with them by offering a license for the production of our energy-saving technology. The terms of obtaining our license depend on the manufacturer’s existing quality certificates, production capacity, customer base, and logistical solutions. Nonetheless, these terms will always be mutually beneficial.
Can you describe the process and benefits of your franchise offer for wholesalers and retailers?
We value the efforts of retailers and those involved in trade. Collaborating with them through a franchise model offers priority or exclusive selling rights, which will be mutually beneficial. Our products, featuring energy-efficient technology, will be distributed globally by professionals with extensive trading networks. Retailers and wholesalers will benefit from our products’ lower costs compared to existing analogs and their superior quality and energy efficiency, making them highly demanded by end users. This collaboration ensures profitability and a strong market presence.


How does your new token work, and what role does it play in the capitalization of your project?
According to the development strategy of our project, CALIDUM INNOVATION, our business structure includes a head company in Dubai and an operational company in Singapore. We are launching our token (CLDM) on July 31, 2024, on the crypto exchange XT.COM in a new niche called IP-FRACTION. Our token is RWA (Real World Assets) coin, issued based on the verified international evaluation and capitalization of our project and intellectual property (IP-SHARE). The token reflects the existing capitalization and positive progression of our project, ensuring stable and substantiated growth.

Traditional oil heaters consume around 1500 watts per hour. Our CI (Calidum Innovation) Heater significantly reduces electricity consumption to 250 watts per hour, making it 600% more economical. This substantial energy saving sets our technology apart from traditional heating systems.

Hot Water Supply: Our CI Water Heater under development will consume fewer watts per hour, saving 50% more electricity compared to traditional water heaters.

Water Distillation: We will make freshwater extraction from seawater more accessible and cost-effective.

How do you plan to scale your business from the current $100 million valuation to a potential $10 billion company?
We plan to follow the path of globally renowned companies that have built their value primarily on intellectual property. Our technology, brand, Prototype-1, and business model are already protected by copyright in 181 countries worldwide. Each new prototype in the remaining application areas will receive intellectual property protection and valuation based on global market coverage. This approach will drive positive progression in our valuation and capitalization.
What specific KPIs will you use to measure the success of your marketing efforts in the initial stages?
We will measure success through the growth of our live target audience, such as subscribers on social networks and our YouTube channel. Additionally, successful partnerships with manufacturers, major retailers, and wholesalers who consciously approach us for production licenses or franchise agreements will be key indicators of our marketing efforts’ success.

Our goal is to set new quality standards for energy-efficient solutions in products using our technology. We aim to communicate to people worldwide that our technology offers a more economical solution, represented by our quality label. When consumers seek products with our quality label, manufacturers and retailers will collaborate with us to meet the demand. We will also inform governments in countries focused on improving their population’s lives about our technology.
What are the main challenges you anticipate in convincing traditional heating manufacturers to adopt your technology?
Traditional manufacturers may be reluctant to lose investments in their planned production capacities. We will integrate our technology into their production plans with minimal disruption, covering the costs of transitioning with the demand for our energy-saving products. Additionally, competitors who adopt our technology first will pressure other manufacturers to follow suit.
