Greece:
Santorini & Mykonos

Greece is known for its fresh food, stunning sunsets, and ice-blue water. Santorini and Mykonos are considered the best places to visit when you are looking to experience Greece in its full form. The first stop in Santorini is a wonderful abode known as the Canaves Oia. It is a luxurious 5-star hotel blending volcanic energy with most romantic views in Greece. There is not a better hotel in Santorini to experience vibrant sunsets in your personal infinity pool. Santorini is home to many beach clubs and romantic dining spots. Our favorite one is Ambrosia.

Head north to the island of Mykonos to experience some of the best luxury hotels and restaurants Greece has to offer. If you are planning to stay the night then you must stay at the Cavo Tagoo Mykonos, considered one of the premier hotels in the world with some of the world’s most famous staying there every summer. What makes Cavo Tagoo so special? You can enjoy spectacular town views from across the hotel; each room provides beautiful views of the sea and the sunsets from the terrace. Each of the luxurious rooms, suites, and villas are designed in creamy pastel tones and are accompanied by your preference for private pools, jacuzzis, and hot tubs so that you can relax and enjoy the water all by yourself in your room. If you are feeling you must truly dip into the fantasies Cavo Tagoo offers then get the suite which offers an open cave pool adjacent to the bedroom.

If you decide to do a day trip to lay aside the Aegean sea then look no further than The Wild by Interni where one can relax at the private beach and stay a night at the boho style hotel. Don’t forget to visit the magnificent Spilia beach restaurant that is just around the corner. Visit Principote Mykonos beach club, it boasts a reputation as one of the best beach clubs in Greece to enjoy a breathtaking view with white sand and crystal clear water. Equipped with a bar and restaurant serving some of the freshest fish with an exceptional menu.
Spain:
Ibiza

There is no summer fun without the Spanish island in the Mediterranean sea off the eastern coast of the Iberian peninsula, Ibiza. Ibiza for years has developed a reputation for incredible beaches and endless parties by hosting some of the best DJs and parties in the world all summer long. To truly experience the resident DJs and the fantasy land of Ibiza, a must-stop is Amnesia, labeled the best club in the world.

When one is looking for a place to stay on the beautiful island, Hacienda Na Xamena is the place to be. Opened in 1971, it is in the heart of a preserved national park on the top of incredible cliffs and breathtaking villas with their private jacuzzi. While Ibiza is the holy grail of clubbing and non-stop DJ sets through the morning, there is another side that cannot be missed.

Tatel Restaurant is one of the most famous restaurants in the world originally founded by Spanish legends Enrique Iglesias and Cristiano Ronaldo to name a few. Tatel serves authentic Spanish recipes boasting a chic 1920s dining area. Specialized in seafood and classic Mediterranean dishes including fresh fish, oysters, and caviar, and Chef’s special, Nacha Chicharro’s famous truffle omelet and veal. The restaurant offers a wide range of cocktails which are enjoyed on the open terrace facing the sea view.
Italy:
Capri & Portofino

It is hard to beat Italy in the summertime. Aperitif along the water, homemade traditional pasta, gorgeous coasts running along with the boot, it is too many, as close as it gets to heaven. Italy is loaded with various spots to enjoy summer in the best possible way. Capri is one of the most visited spots, split into 2 parts, Ana Capri and Capri. Both share their unique characteristics, Ana Capri is considered to be on the quieter side to relax versus Capri which is more lively. The most famous hotel in Capri must be the grand dame, The Quisisana. It has a wonderful location, next to all the designer stores and the main plaza or “Piazzetta.” It’s a luxurious hotel in a more traditional style, similar to the Ritz.

Capri also has an assortment of beach clubs, La Fontelina is one of the most famous beach clubs in Italy with their signature blue striped umbrellas, however, book in advance as the lines start forming even before summer starts! A strong recommendation is a boat to Marina Piccola upon your departure and the restaurant is to die for.

Andrea Bocelli was not wrong when he said “I found my love in Portofino” in his famous song. Portofino is a picturesque Italian fishing village and holiday resort directly connected with some of the biggest celebrities and artists across the globe. Most recently, Kourtney Kardashians outrageously elegant wedding and more! Portofino is a quaint village with a strong personality and authentic cuisine.

Cracco Portofino is one of the best restaurants in Italy with an amazing view and elegantly plated dishes in a sophisticated setting. When visiting Portofino there are options but none truly can beat the Splendido Portofino. Situated perfectly on top of a hill overlooking the beautiful blue water, the Splendido is considered one of the premier hotels in Europe. With elegance, glamor, and the finest traditional Italian characteristics, the Splendido offers fine dining, boat rides, and strolls through their luscious vibrant gardens all while embracing the history behind this historic hotel. There’s a reason the likes of Winston Churchill, Charlie Chaplin, and Walt Disney referred to this place as home.
South of France:
Cannes, Saint Tropez & Monaco

Last but certainly far from the least, in the south of France, referred to by many as the epitome of a dreamy summer along the coast. There are many options to choose from. Embrace cinematic history by taking a trip to Cannes as you walk the streets shared by movie stars, celebrities, and anyone who is anybody. As you disperse from the downtown area you find yourself at the Cannes harbor which is occupied by yachts that stretch the length of office buildings. Le Bâoli is the club in Cannes that is a celebrity favorite. During the early evening, it is a high-class restaurant with cabaret shows, and as the sun sets it turns into a high-spirited sparkling nightclub. You must dress to impress or the bouncer will give you a hard time!

Next is Saint Tropez, a commune in France that has attracted the rich and famous since the late 19th century. The peninsula is known for its exclusive beach clubs, yachts stretching as far as the eye can see, and 5-star restaurants within the old cobblestone town. The hotel to be in Saint Tropez is the La Bastide de Saint Tropez. An elegant and opulent hotel, located in the middle of a beautiful garden, it has an exquisite restaurant and stunning views.

The petite Principality of Monaco is known for its grandeur lifestyle and top activities. It has it all, literally, Michelin-Star dining, casinos, top-notch clubs, high fashion shopping, and a body of water filled with yachts as far as the eye can see. Its luxurious aura is prevalent no matter where you go. If one chooses to embark on this journey the Hotel de Paris – Monte Carlo awaits.
