Long gone are the times when the concept of meditation was somewhat little-known and alien. Yet, many get discouraged by the idea of practicing it daily due to hectic and busy schedules. When meditating, your brainwave frequencies slow down to the alpha and theta state. Scientists have discovered that such brain wave frequencies may relieve stress, and pain and reduce anxiety while facilitating mental clarity, peace, and calm. If practiced daily, they can significantly improve the quality of life. However, all of us, to more or less degree, run destructive behavioral programs, which are essentially incorrect interpretations of past events supported by our sensory experience (emotions). Without addressing deeper inner conflicts caused by such programs, many meditations are temporary solutions, band-aids on an open wound.
My personal story illustrates it perfectly
I used to live in an ongoing struggle to bring my dream, healing and mentoring, to the world. It started with the realization that I was living on autopilot, and my life felt meaningless: stuck in a job that was killing me, with no relationships and no joy. Completely drained, I had no control over my life. For many years, I had been a high-achieving, successful woman working for one of the top 4 international accountancy firms, consulting the CEOs and CFOs of the world’s biggest corporations and managing project teams for companies with 3-billion-euro turnovers.
For years I desperately yearned to awaken from living this way. I did all sorts of meditations and practices that gave me only temporary relief. I felt that there was something intrinsically wrong with me. No matter what I accomplished, I pushed myself to work harder, learn more, and do everything to be worthy. I wondered how long I have to live in this never-ending struggle and why I never seem to be able to get there no matter how much I strive for a fulfilling life.
Five years later, I got all my answers answered when a twist of fate with bed bugs biting me all over my body and my despair brought me to a course on how to identify and release limiting programs into the empowering ones through a meditative process. It was the strongest, most powerful process of self-discovery that liberated me from old subconscious stories such as “I am not good enough” and changed my life forever. I got it! Everything I’ve been through has a purpose. I lived through those trials to know true freedom and lead others toward it. My mission is to gift humanity empowered leaders in business who are fiercely connected to Love and use their power to lead the way to a prosperous and sustainable future.
When I quit my corporate job, I didn’t step into paradise. Regularly without fail, I meditated. Sitting by the fireplace, in my bedroom, in a yogi position, legs crossed with the backs of my hands resting on my knees, I unlocked layers and layers of my limiting programs. I touched the feelings of confidence, hope, faith, assurance, and support. Bathing myself in loving energy, I envisioned my new life.
It is still ongoing work for me because, as human beings, we are hard-wired to resist changes and often the things we want most in life. This tendency has to do with the lingering survival instincts we adopted eons ago and past trauma memories, subconscious beliefs we formed as a result of them. Therefore, to create long-lasting changes, you need to access these parts of the brain, shift and transform old stagnant emotions, and limit programs stored there to align with your goals and dreams.
I manifested my success through your commitment to my personal teachings and self-development work. Mission…not even close to being accomplished. But I am enjoying the journey big time!
