Welcome to the Chic Icon’s luxury gift list for Christmas. What could be more wonderful than gifting a loved one something they will cherish for years to come. We have something for everyone in this very chic list, from the little ones and their adoring grandparents to our cuddly pets; we have treats that will thrill and excite all the special people in your life.
“Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens. Bright copper kettles and warm woolen mittens. Brown paper packages tied up with strings. These are a few of my favorite things.”
The Fashionistas

When gifting a fashion lover, you can’t go wrong with a classic piece that will be used season after season. An icon coat like the Teddy from Max Mara is the perfect gift for anyone who loves to be chic and cozy. The Teddy collection has lots of cute and fuzzy accessories that also make perfect smaller gifts.

A classic cashmere jumper is another piece that will be loved year after year. Not all cashmere is created equal, however, so check that it’s at least two-ply for extra comfort and luxury and four-ply for heat.

For some fun and sparkle that’s guaranteed to delight teenagers and grandmothers alike, look to fashion accessories. Chanel and Prada have wonderful small, exciting gifts. From sparkly hair accessories, costume jewelry, small leather goods to tiny bags, there’s something for everyone.

Think vintage. A wonderful way to find past fashion “it” items is by shopping vintage. 1990s Chanel, in particular, is extremely sought after. Their gold costume jewelry and classic bags from that era are considered the pinnacle of Chanel style and quality.
Sparkle

We all love to receive something shiny and decadent at Christmas. Classic pieces from Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Tiffany, and Bulgari will, of course, thrill and delight anyone, but if you’re looking for something a little different, look for a new brand. If the loved one in your life is a fan of Cartier’s Juste un Clou collection, they will love Tabayer. Their Gold Oera ring is a fabulous statement piece that will catch anyone’s eye and be a little different from the crowd.
Beauty

An indulgently luxurious self-care treat is always a wonderful idea. There are many options that don’t require skin type or color matching. Hermès’ new lip and nail collections would make the perfect gift for any makeup lover. Who wouldn’t love to receive some of their classic orange wrapping under the tree! The colors are based on their iconic leather tones like “Rouge Casaque,” deep and luxurious, a perfect pop of color, and a fun-filled gift.
Another fail-safe cosmetic gift is a luxury candle. The stunning Christmas candles from Diptyque and Annick Goutal make any home space smell heavenly. For something a little different, look to fashion.

Brands Loewe and Gucci. They have fabulous candles that feel a little cooler for the Gen Z people in your life.

An LED mask is a perfect gift for any skincare aficionado. Deesse makes a travel one that would make an incredibly useful gift.
Foodies

Who doesn’t love a yummy treat at this time of year! A classic Italian panettone is a delicious and chic gift to bring as a hostess present if you’re visiting loved ones. Dolce and Gabbana’s panettones come in many different flavors and are packaged in beautiful tins that would look very chic in anyone’s kitchen.
A Christmas hamper makes a lovely gift. Filled with scrumptious goodies that can be enjoyed well after Christmas, the hamper then makes a wonderful keepsake afterward.
At Home
Coffee table books are always on my gift lists. They make such inspiring and beautiful presents, and there is something for everyone’s passions and interests. One of my favorite fashion anthologies is The catwalk series. The newest addition to the collection is the Vivienne Westwood, the complete collections by Fashion editor, writer, and historian Alexander Fury. Really the perfect gift for any fashion enthusiast.

Combining Fashion and Food, the Missoni Family cookbook will add fun, color, inspiration, and style to any kitchen.

One of my other favorite book series is the Assouline travel collection. They also do notebooks with their signature destination covers. Très chic and useful!

Start a loved one’s collection of special dishware with a gift of plates, china tea service, or trays. It is the height of chic living to enjoy the little moments in style, and what could be more stylish than starting your day with a cup of tea in an Hermès gold-rimmed china cup or having breakfast on a Fornasetti plate.
Pour Homme

For the men in your life, watches are a perfect way to add color, sparkle, and personality to any outfit or occasion. Green is the color of 2021 and makes a really striking color on a watch. If you’re looking for something a little different from the extremely popular green Rolex, Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Reverso tribute watch is a stunning piece that would make anyone green with envy!
The Hermès Apple watch is the perfect combination of tech and fashion as fun and useful as it is stylish, a great gift for the tech-savvy man in your life. If you’re searching for a unique piece, go for a vintage watch. They are incredibly chic and timeless.

The Men’s fashion book is a perfect little stocking stuffer. Not only filled with classic, retro fashion inspiration, like most men’s style tomes, this book also features current trends. Ideal for modern-day inspiration.
The little ones
Classic board games make a wonderful and fun counterpoint to all the modern technology that surrounds children nowadays. Not just for the kids, fun for all the family too. After all, sharing precious moments together is really what Christmas is about!

Make a gift special by personalizing their names onto toys or storybooks. Personalized pajamas for the whole family is a really special gift and perfect for opening gifts together on Christmas morning.
Four-legged friends

We can’t forget our furry loved ones. Prada makes the most stylish and quirky dog and cat accessories. So chic and striking, you will want to match your dog when you go out for a walk!
Wishing you all a very Chic Icon Christmas!
