Chic Icon: I SUCCESS has evolved into a recognizable global brand. What was your original vision when you founded it, and how has that vision transformed over the years?

Oana Irimia: From the very beginning, my vision for I SUCCESS was to create more than events — I wanted to build a global platform where success is seen, celebrated and elevated.

Over time, that vision evolved into a complete ecosystem. Today, I SUCCESS integrates events, media and business development, offering not only exclusive experiences but also international visibility and real opportunities. At the same time, we have naturally incorporated a strong humanitarian dimension, supporting causes such as autism awareness through our events.

Chic Icon: How do you define “success” today when selecting honorees in such a diverse and competitive landscape?

Oana Irimia: At I SUCCESS, success is not defined only by financial results. We look at impact, consistency, influence and contribution.

We recognize individuals and companies who not only achieve at a high level, but who also inspire others and contribute positively to society. The story behind the success and the values it represents are essential for us.

Chic Icon: What, in your opinion, is the key ingredient that turns an I SUCCESS event into a truly memorable experience rather than just a gathering?

Oana Irimia: Emotion, purpose and curation.

An I SUCCESS event is carefully designed to create meaningful experiences — not just beautiful moments, but real connections. When you combine high-level guests, a powerful atmosphere and a clear purpose, including our charity components, the experience becomes unforgettable.

Chic Icon: The launch of I SUCCESS Magazine marks a new chapter for the brand. What gap in the market are you aiming to fill, and how does it complement your live events?

Oana Irimia: I SUCCESS Magazine was created to extend the impact of our platform beyond the event itself.

We identified a gap in the market for a publication that authentically connects luxury, entrepreneurship, influence and real success stories. The magazine offers our partners long-term global visibility, perfectly complementing the live experiences and reinforcing their positioning on an international level.

Chic Icon: Your Cannes event is happening soon. What makes this destination so special for I SUCCESS, and how has your presence there evolved?

Oana Irimia: Cannes is a symbol of global visibility and influence.

For I SUCCESS, it represents a strategic international stage where we host exclusive experiences, private events and the prestigious I SUCCESS Awards. Our presence has evolved from participation to creating our own ecosystem during the festival, bringing together global leaders, celebrities and brands.

Chic Icon: How do you manage to reinvent each edition while maintaining the signature I SUCCESS identity?

Oana Irimia: We constantly innovate in format and experience, while preserving our core values: exclusivity, high-level networking and global positioning.

Each edition reflects the evolution of our audience, but always remains aligned with the DNA of I SUCCESS.

Chic Icon: In a world saturated with networking platforms, how do you ensure that connections made within I SUCCESS translate into real business opportunities?

Oana Irimia: At I SUCCESS, we focus on quality and relevance.

We curate our audience very carefully and create strategic environments — private dinners, curated introductions, brand activations — where connections naturally evolve into real collaborations and business opportunities.

Chic Icon: What qualities or mindset are essential to thrive within the I SUCCESS environment?

Oana Irimia: A global mindset, authenticity and openness to growth.

The people who thrive within I SUCCESS are those who think beyond borders, who are ready to connect, collaborate and elevate their vision to an international level.

Chic Icon: What have been the biggest challenges in scaling I SUCCESS globally while preserving its exclusivity?

Oana Irimia: The main challenge is maintaining consistency and high standards.

As we expand, we are extremely selective with our partners and markets, ensuring that every I SUCCESS experience reflects the same level of excellence and exclusivity.

Chic Icon: Looking ahead, what is your long-term vision for I SUCCESS?

Oana Irimia: The future of I SUCCESS is to become a complete global luxury ecosystem.

We are expanding through our franchise model, offering selected partners the opportunity to develop I SUCCESS locally while being connected to our international network. At the same time, we are growing into new regions, including Asia, with a focus on Thailand and Malaysia.

A recent highlight was our I SUCCESS Charity Dinner in Bucharest, where we welcomed Cuba Gooding Jr. as a special guest. The event combined luxury, high-level networking and a strong charitable mission, supporting initiatives such as autism awareness and reinforcing our belief that success should always be connected to purpose.

I SUCCESS is not just a platform. It is a global movement.
