Some designs transcend their original purpose to become cultural signatures. Since its debut in 1972, the Royal Oak Collection has embodied a distinctive vision of luxury, defined by its octagonal bezel, exposed screws and seamlessly integrated bracelet. Now, Audemars Piguet takes this celebrated design language beyond the wrist, introducing its first dedicated Royal Oak Joaillerie collection — a new expression of the house’s enduring fascination with form, craftsmanship and precious materials.

Unveiled in October 2026, the collection brings together 19 creations spanning necklaces, chokers, cuffs and earrings. Rather than simply translating the silhouette of a watch into jewellery, the maison reinterprets its defining architectural codes, transforming the familiar geometry of the Royal Oak into pieces that balance structural precision with the fluidity of fine jewellery.

Two distinct creative worlds shape the collection. Dream of Joux draws inspiration from the landscapes of Switzerland’s Vallée de Joux, exploring the interplay of colour, light and texture. White gold and anodised blue titanium provide a striking canvas for exceptional diamonds and sapphires. Among its standout creations, a necklace combines 42 pear-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 63 carats with more than 1,600 blue sapphires, creating a composition that feels both intricate and unapologetically bold.

In contrast, Risoud Eclipse embraces a more dramatic aesthetic. Inspired by the mysterious atmosphere of the Risoud Forest, its designs juxtapose blackened titanium and white gold with emeralds and diamonds. Sugarloaf-cut emeralds introduce a sculptural quality, their deep green hues accentuating the collection’s sharp lines and dark, luminous surfaces.

Elsewhere, Frosted Gold offers a softer interpretation of the Royal Oak’s industrial character. Developed in collaboration with Italian jewellery designer Carolina Bucci in 2016, the distinctive finish gives 18-carat gold a finely textured, light-catching surface, reminiscent of precious metal dusted with diamonds.

The collection marks a natural evolution for a maison whose expertise extends beyond watchmaking into the art of jewellery creation. Yet its significance lies in something more fundamental: the transformation of an icon into a new medium of expression.
At Audemars Piguet, time becomes almost incidental. What remains is the architecture of a legend — reimagined in gold, coloured stones and light.
