The highlight of our stay was the resort’s 7-Bedroom Presidential Villa Suite “Akamas,” which truly epitomized opulence and left us in awe.
Sprawling across 990m² of indoor and outdoor space, the Akamas Presidential Villa Suite we stayed in was an exclusive sanctuary of seclusion, rising loftily from the surrounding landscape. This villa featured expansive living areas, a private pool, and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, making it the perfect retreat for an extraordinary stay. Every room or suite at Cap St Georges we’ve seen offered a private haven, complete with plush bedding, state-of-the-art technology, and a balcony that opened up to stunning vistas of the Mediterranean Sea. The combination of luxury and tranquility made our time there truly unforgettable.
Culinary Excellence
Dining at Cap St Georges was a culinary journey through a world of flavors. Each restaurant offered a distinct and unforgettable experience, from the fresh seafood dishes at the seaside eatery to the exquisite cuisine at the fine dining restaurant. Most of the ingredients such as vegetables, fruits and some sort of cheeses used by the chefs are organic and home grown at the farm of the hotel.
One of our favorite gourmet experiences was Kohili Restaurant that offers stunning sunset views and fresh Mediterranean cuisine. It serves a delightful selection of fresh seafood, locally sourced produce, and traditional Cypriot dishes with a modern twist. The ambiance is as spectacular as the cuisine, providing a perfect setting for romantic dinners by the sea. We highly recommend to try its daily fresh catch – local fish prepared in traditional way.
In Sapori Italian Bistro we could try its famous hand-made pasta, mouthwatering wood-fired pizza, and classic Italian desserts. We especially recommend tiramisu. Sapori brings the heart of Italy to Cyprus with its authentic menu and Italian hospitality. Every meal at Sapori is a celebration of Italy’s rich culinary heritage!
In Bonsai we had a chance to experience a real Teppanyaki show. If you are a fan of Japanese cuisine, we really recommend to book it in advance. Bonsai also offers one of the best sushi and other Japanese dishes in Cyprus. The best part is that you can watch skilled chefs prepare sushi, sashimi, and teppanyaki dishes right before your eyes, making for an interactive and flavorful meal.
In Yeronisos Restaurant we had one of the best breakfast experiences ever! Known for its lavish breakfast buffet, it provides a diverse array of fresh international and local delicacies. The breakfast spread includes freshly baked pastries, fruits, and traditional Cypriot items, ensuring a delightful start to the day.
Sky Seven Restaurant is famous for its world-class Michelin Cuisine set dinners – the pinnacle destination for pure culinary artistry. Count yourself lucky if you are able to reserve one of them!
Culinary Courses and Wine Pairing
Cap St Georges offers culinary courses that allow guests to delve into the rich flavors of Cypriot cuisine. We opt for the signature facial by Valmont to hydrate the skin after extensive sun and swimming – just right after the treatment the skin looked glowing and completely refreshed, accumulating hydration for the next few days.

The ranch offers riding lessons for both beginners and experienced riders, boasting more than 50 horses.
