Dubai’s mega projects keep innovating and blowing minds with their futuristic designs and high-end quality. Chic Icon’s one of the most favorite projects is The Heart of Europe, luxurious resort islands that combine Europe’s best cultural aspects to create a world-class destination.
The six islands are located four kilometers from the Dubai shores, nestling palaces, villas, restaurants, hotels, and investment opportunities. This brilliant cluster of islands is planned to be fully developed next year. Encapsulating a year-long holiday environment, residents and visitors will have in hand an extensive range of activities to do during their stay.

The real estate company, Kleindienst Group, is responsible for developing the project. With an original idea that started in 2008, the group kept working on the concept until now. The pandemic outbreak might have slowed the development process, but it came back at an aggressive pace aiming to be finished by 2023.
The future of the high-end real estate and tourism is currently found in Dubai. Holiday homes to choose between floating villas, exclusive mansions, and beachside chalets. These islands include Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Venice (Italy), The French Rivera (France), Portofino (Italy), and St. Petersburg (Russia). Honoring each country’s cultural elements, festivities, and cuisines, these islands provide the best way to experience Europe without flying out of the UAE.
Germany Villas
With Bauhaus-inspired architecture, the project presents the Germany Villas. This Island, shaped like a horseshoe, nestles 32 villas that redefine exceptional living and modernity. The German Island provides the best of its culture and charm, from the celebrated Oktoberfest and its finest beers to warming Christmas markets. Regional cuisines are the Island’s star, presenting numerous delicate dishes and a vast medley of wines.

Without flying out of the UAE, the Heart of Europe gives a chance to experience German culture combined with exotic palms, white sand beaches, and a private nursery of natural coral reef.
Sweden Palace

Offering 10 of the most luxurious mansions in the world, Sweden Island places itself as one of the most desired destinations in Dubai. With a design inspired by Viking ships, these elegant palaces count up to 7 bedrooms, each furniture with Bentley items. The houses have private gymnasiums, saunas, ballrooms, swimming pools, and even ice rooms, redefining what upscale living means. The Sweden Palaces have a breathtaking design; their roofs are shaped like Viking ships covered in gold-like glass that glistens in the sun. We can consider these sophisticated houses castles based on their graceful and deluxe.
Switzerland Island

Spectacular beachfront villas with viewing decks and a lake take part of the Switzerland Island. Basing their designs on their most relevant cultural aspects, these mansions were made primarily of timber, stone, and glass designs that capture the country’s essence. You can find a large blue lagoon surrounded by villas, reminiscing Swedish lakes.
Côte d’Azur

The French Riviera has never been so close to Dubai. The Côte D’Azur Resort encapsulates different boutique hotels honoring the most enchanting settings of Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and St. Tropez. With sea views, penthouses, and terraces, the resort portrays the elegance and sophisticated lifestyle of the French Rivera, plus the dazzling white sand beaches. Luxurious boutiques, tropical forests, contemporary designs, and fine dining restaurants will set the mood on this Island to wish for a forever stay.
Portofino
The colorful terracotta buildings play a significant role in the design of the Portofino Hotel located on the main Island. This family hotel has many activities designed for children’s well-being, from playrooms to clubs. Exclusively thought for the most fun and tropical family vacation, the hotel welcomes families that want to create timeless memories in the most beautiful setting.

All of the guests should arrive by boat and be greeted in Italian by the hotel staff. Of course, Italian cuisine will have a spot in this hotel; in different organic restaurants, guests will have access to one of the most loved cuisines in the world.
The Floating Venice Island

The floating hotel on Venice Island is one of the most famous attractions in The Heart of Europe. What makes this Island so innovative and intelligent is the fact that it’s the first high-end underwater boat resort. The Island will accommodate restaurants, bars, spas, shops, and coral reef views below the surface. The famous Gondolas will be present, passing on top of these attractions. The entertainment plans look incredible, from Italian carnival shows to opera performances, specifically for those who enjoy art and Italian culture.
Honeymoon Island (St Petersburg Island)
The Heart of Europe has planned the ideal place for every kind of guest and resident. St. Petersburg Island is the place for honeymooners, shaped as a heart and designed with romantic decors; love is met in every corner of this Island.

This dreamy Island with white sands and clear waters comes with 100 floating Sea Horse villas with romantic cinemas and dinners. The combination of romance and attraction to marine life depicts the perfect place to unwind and rest with a loved one.
Sustainability

Sustainability plays a significant role in the project. With coral reef nurseries and Spanish centenary plants, the islands offer green spaces free from pesticides and chemicals that harm the environment. Water transportation will be the only method used, banning cars from the project to raise awareness of how carbon emissions impact the climate. The Heart of Europe uses clean energy to offer climate-controlled environments and water recycling methods to ensure sustainable living.
