Concierge Experience by Chic Icon is the brainchild of Alina Dyachenko. Alina is the CEO & Founder of Chic Icon magazine and luxury platform, and a very versatile personality. She is an International entrepreneur and globe trotter. She has lived in 10 countries all over the world, such as the USA, Spain, India, UK, and opted for Dubai, UAE, where she made a successful career. Alina has a BBA and 3 MBA degrees.

We met this successful business lady to get to know more about the Chic Icon Concierge Experience.

How did you start the Concierge Experience by Chic Icon?

Alina: I’ve started Chic Icon’s Concierge Experience together with Chic Icon magazine about 1,5 years ago. Chic Icon is a luxury platform where we have a digital magazine, events and marketing division, as well as a concierge club. I have an idea of 360 degrees service which would allow clients and readers to fulfill their needs within one company.

What is special about it?

Alina: We are a part of the luxury platform Chic Icon. If you are a member of our Concierge club it gives you access to exclusive events of the magazine and its partners. For example, to Cannes Film Festival, Art Week Monaco (we are official media partners this year), to the Expo 2020 in Dubai and many more. Plus, we organize ourselves events for our members and VIP readers only. It also gives you access to exclusive content of the magazine, amazing trips that we organize, it gives you access to our marketing agency. And that all is apart of the regular services of our Concierge Experience which are vacation organization, relocation, business set up, real estate, etc etc..

Another words, we provide 360 degrees service, I don’t know any other concierge club in Dubai with such possibilities.

How to become a member of your Concierge Experience by Chic Icon?

Alina: You can become a member by our personal invitation or through the invitation of one of the members. After the interview we decide if you can become a member or not….

At the moment you can book anything with us without being a member, but you’ll need to become a member in order to access our exclusive events, trips, networking events.

Where would you recommend to go this summer?

Alina: To the North Pole! It is the most exclusive winter vacation nowadays as it’s only 1000 tourists per year allowed to reach the North Pole. It is only 3 cruises done per year, all of them during summer time.

If you prefer something less extreme we would recommend Mykonos, Ibiza, Marbella, Santorini… we have fully set professional teams over there who can help to visualize any of your vacation dreams!
