This November, Dubai will host The Legacy Cup by Polo Xperience, an event organized by Monte Carlo Polo Team, designed to highlight the city’s growing status as a hub for luxury, sport, and world-class entertainment. The event will take place on November 21st at the Al Habtoor Polo Club, followed by an evening gala at the newly opened Billionaire Dubai at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown.
The sporting centerpiece of the day will feature the Monte-Carlo Polo Team, led by Captain Rommy Gianni, facing off against the Mahra Polo Team, captained by Rashed Al Habtoor. The match begins at 3:30 p.m., preceded by a guest arrival and welcome reception at 3:00 p.m. An aperitivo and DJ set will follow at 5:30 p.m., with the prize-giving ceremony scheduled for 8:00 p.m.
Founded in 2012, the Monte-Carlo Polo Team represents Monaco on the global polo stage and has earned a reputation for excellence, with three consecutive wins at the Snow Polo World Cup in St. Moritz. The team’s participation brings international prestige to Dubai’s polo scene, while the Mahra and Habtoor Polo Teams add strong local representation.
Polo Xperience by Monte Carlo Polo Team aims to redefine polo as a modern, globally connected sport through its vision of an International Polo Circuit — combining heritage with innovation and offering a refined social platform for the international elite.
After the match, guests will move to the Big Art Festival at Billionaire Dubai, organized by Berin Iglesias Art. The gala will include gourmet dining, live performances, and a headline show by Zivert, one of the most popular pop artists in the region, known for her hit single Life.
