If you’ve ever sought true success, the success that feels completely fulfilling and makes you happy… then we are talking about the success that’s aligned with the very essence of who you are. But first, you need to be clear about the definition of true success.
So many of us are conditioned to look at other people’s success to form opinions about what our own success should look and feel like. We’re bombarded with the concepts of success from Instagram, magazines, and billboards, which makes it so easy to lose sight of our own path and end up living a life that isn’t quite, or even entirely, ours.
So many of my clients have worked so hard to achieve what they’ve been taught to believe was a success, only to be left feeling like they ended up in a golden cage when they got there.
Just like me… Years ago, my own vision of success was to work for BIG 4, the top consulting firm in the world. At the time, it was quite highly respected and sought after; I had a prestigious job with a good salary, managing audit projects for some of the world’s biggest corporations, and advising their CEOs and CFOs. I felt important and accomplished.
It also came with endless glamorous parties, luxury vacations, and racks of expensive clothes. Every new piece of fashion, every holiday would make me feel fabulous, dialed in, and inspired, but in a matter of days or hours, all the energy would be drained from me and I would return to living on autopilot. I was constantly looking for the next new thing to make me happy and at first, I could not really figure out this cycle I was caught in. I ended up being frustrated and angry, lashing out at the people I loved.
Desperate to change this, I embarked on years of self-development and self-exploration, and here is what I discovered:
True success is determined by the ability to be fully aligned with your heart, otherwise, it will leave you unfulfilled.
With this in mind, what is the single most important skill you can learn if you want true success?
Intuition allows you to make decisions based on what is deeply true for you. It leads you to live the best version of your life, as opposed to a life where the choices you make feel like a blueprint to someone else’s life, leaving you frustrated or hurt.
Intuition is the key element that allows you to connect to the very essence of your being, your greatest gifts, and talents.
It helps you to awaken to your innate unique creativity and provides the spark that lights up your whole being so that you no longer need and seek temporary external stimulation.
The bigger the game you want to play, the better your intuitive skills need to be developed, because high-level creativity is born from high-level intuition.
Intuition is pure…
It is the purest expression of your soul, and when you live a life that expresses your true self, you begin to be a high-level creator, able to access the secret ingredient that will lead you to fulfillment and success in all areas.
It’s the most powerful skill on the planet.
Many people claim their success is all down to following their intuition – Oprah Winfrey, Neale Donald Walsch, Elon Musk, and others all attribute their success to intuition.
According to Oprah Winfrey, for example, learning to trust your instincts and using your intuitive sense of what’s best for you, is paramount for any lasting success. And the only time she recalls making mistakes was when she didn’t listen to the quiet voice of her intuition.
Here are 7 ideas to help you start tapping into your intuition:
Learn how to unplug from the daily noise and go within to seek answers. Silence and deep relaxation can help you get more in tune. Meditation can be as simple as doing some deep breathing.
If you wish to go further, you can scan your body, paying attention to body parts and sensations as you move from head to toe. If you feel pain, tension, or anything else you don’t want to feel, breathe gently into that area and imagine the unpleasant sensation dissolving.
Always listen to the quiet voice within, learn to trust it, and act upon it. These messages will sound like a thought, but louder and more distinct.
It may be a guiding voice whispering to you to read a certain book where you will find an answer to your query or to get in touch with someone who will help you move your project forward.
Intuitive guidance can also make your life a lot easier! This happened to me recently. I was guided to leave the downstairs window open in my house. I knew that I would forget to close it before I had to leave. However, I acted on the message. That night I lost the keys to the house, but I was able to get in through the window. That was the moment I promised myself I would never ignore my guidance!
In order to amplify your abilities to have massages, you need to grow your intuitive skills through specific training.
3) Ask questions.
How often do you regret making the wrong choices? When you need to make a decision, take time to wind down from anxiety and stress to deep peace and relaxation and ask:
What would my highest self, my highest wisdom, do?
What would be the most loving action for me to take?
What would bring me to my highest timeline?
You need to be aware, however, that when you are in a state of fear, you are more likely to hear the voice of your fears rather than your intuition. Such messages are far from the highest truth and they can mislead you.

4) Release heavy emotions and past traumas.
Heavy emotions stuck in the body such as resentment, grudges, anger, fear, and regret literally make us energetically heavy. Intuition is pure and light. It comes from the highest truth. The more you clear, the lighter you become and the easier it is to connect to your intuition.
Another way of looking at this is to understand that when you hold on to painful experiences from the past, your body is still in flight, fight or freeze mode, which is a natural response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat. It happens through hormonal and physiological changes that allow you to act quickly so you can protect yourself. Being in a constant state of alarm puts a lot of stress on the body, which negatively affects all physiological processes. As a result, your body gets stuck in a loop of never-ending recovery from this damage. When all resources of the body are directed to the function of protection, there is no way for your body to reach a complete recovery, not to mention access your intuition.
5) Be in nature.
Spend more time in nature away from technology and other temptations of the cognitive mind. It can help you reduce stress, restore your body and mind, and connect to your intuition. Your inner voice is best heard best when you are at peace and relaxed. If you live in the city make it a habit to get out into nature at least a few times a week.
When you are in nature, make sure you stay present, and feel that you are becoming one with everything around you. My most powerful insights come to me when I sit in silence and meditate in nature.
Find your place of power. For me, it’s a lush jungle with a waterfall near where I live. Observing a white, frothy cascade of water falling into a plunge pool brings me into a very deep state of relaxation, while the roar of water creates a powerful flow of insights.
6) Take care of your nutrition.
Intuitive sensitivity is a delicate balance of body and mind. It requires your body to be as much pure as possible. Heavy and processes foods shut down intuition. Most people live under the pressure of toxins from the food they consume daily. Moreover, dead food (food that comes from dead animals) contains toxic substances that are harmful to the human body. As a result, all the body’s resources are focused on flushing out toxins and there are no resources to access your intuition.
If you choose to eat meat, you need to detoxify your body regularly.
I recommend gradually replacing dead foods with living foods that come from a plant-based diet.
